Renewal process

How renewal works

Everything happens inside your member portal — no forms to email and no queues at the Secretariat.

1. Request your renewal

From 60 days before expiry, open your portal and request a renewal. The next 12-month period is calculated for you.

2. Pay the renewal fee

Pay the fee for your category and declare it in the portal with the transaction reference.

3. Certificate reissued

After the Secretariat confirms payment, your expiry date moves forward and a fresh certificate with a new verification code is issued.

Reminders

You will be reminded before expiry

The Secretariat tracks every membership expiring within 60 days and follows up with members directly. Your portal always shows your exact expiry date and renewal status.

Lapsed already?

An expired membership can be restored at any time — request a renewal in the portal and pay the current fee for your category. Your membership number stays the same, so your history is preserved.
