Information we collect

We collect the information you submit through membership applications, contact forms and newsletter sign-ups: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

How we use your information

Your information is used to process membership applications, respond to enquiries, deliver member services and send Chamber communications you have requested. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and consent

We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in administering Chamber membership. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

Data sharing

We share data with service providers who host our systems, and with partner institutions only where you have asked us to make an introduction or referral on your behalf.

Data retention

Application and enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to administer membership and to meet legal and audit obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorised Secretariat staff can view application and enquiry records.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to specific processing activities. Contact the Secretariat to exercise these rights.
