Payments

ICCIU Subscription Payments

ICCIU never collects card details on this website. Fees are paid through Uganda's mobile money channels or by bank transfer, then verified by the Secretariat before your membership or renewal takes effect.

How it works

Three steps from payment to confirmation

Every payment is reconciled by a named officer, so your record and receipt always match the funds received.

1. Send the fee

Pay the fee for your membership category through any channel below, quoting your membership or application number as the reference.

2. Declare it in the portal

Sign in to the member portal and record the amount, channel and transaction reference so the Secretariat can match it.

3. Get confirmation

Once the Secretariat confirms the payment, a printable receipt appears; membership activation also requires approval and onboarding, and renewals require staff confirmation in your portal.

Fee conditions

Subscriptions are annual. Multinational fees are denominated in USD; no automatic exchange rate is applied. Institutional fees are agreed individually. Active membership fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and ICCIU-approved exceptions such as duplicate or mistaken payments. Mission travel, visas, accommodation, exhibitions, certification and bespoke services may be charged separately.
